Q. Is there a specific time period which I have to bring
legal action?
A. Yes. If you fail to bring action within the specified time period
of the law it will results in your claim becoming “statue-barred” meaning
that it will prevent you from bringing action at all.
The usually time limit is 3 years from the date of negligence but this
can all depend on what state you are in. We will be able to advise you
of what the specific time period is for your case.
