specialist solicitor from our panel of solicitors. All solicitors who are members
of the Claims Helpline Limited panel are regulated by the Law Society and the Solicitors

fee to Claims Helpline Limited. At no point will you become liable for such a fee
and this will not be deducted from any compensation awarded in regards to your claim.
This will not come out of your compensation. All costs incurred throughout your claim will be
recovered by your solicitor from the third party insurance company.
No win no fee * - 100% compensation *
Exceptions to the No win no fee – 100% compensation statement.
Due to the complexity of certain claims a deduction may be made from your compensation
by your solicitor. Clinical Negligence claims, claims against untraced drivers and
Scottish jurisdiction claims make up the exceptions to this rule. The deduction
made is to cover the legal costs of part or all of your action incurred by the solicitor
acting on your behalf. The types of cases listed above are also excluded from 100%
compensation Guarantee.
If your case falls into any of the above listed exceptions Claims Helpline will
make you aware of this prior to your claim being referred to a solicitor.
Further to the above and in accordance with Ministry of Justice Regulations we are
obliged to make you aware that if you are found to be making a fraudulent claim
or fail to co-operate with your solicitor leading to the case being unable to proceed
you may be liable for any cost incurred by your solicitor.
